During The Tenancy

We will never forget how important your investment is to you, and how crucial it is to feel that your property is being properly taken care of during a tenancy. Professional and effective management of a tenancy is key to ensuring the long term growth of your asset.

Fairview Property will undertake regular inspections of the property during a tenancy, and provide a written report to the landlord after each visit. Inspections are normally carried out every three months.

For full management clients, we will undertake to look after the property as if it were our own. Tenants will be instructed to contact us should any maintenance issues arise, and will have access to a 24 hour Helpline should any emergencies arise. Upon notification of a maintenance issue, we will contact the landlord, or factor company as applicable, to inform them of the issue. 

Landlords will have the option of either arranging for the work to be carried out themselves, or having Fairview Property arrange for one of our approved tradesmen to attend. In cases where the Landlord cannot be contacted, or the nominated tradesmen have not carried out the work within 24 hours, Fairview Property reserve the right to have the work carried out on behalf of the Landlord.
