Finding A Suitable Tenant

Fairview Property will always endeavour to ensure that a prospective tenant is able to fulfil all the requirements of the tenancy agreement. We require the following references from all prospective tenants –

  1. 2 written references.
  2. Copy of bank statement or payslip confirming income.
  3. Copy of photographic ID (passport/driving license).
  4. Copy of National Insurance number.

Once we have received all required references, and these have proved to be satisfactory, we will confirm an entry date with the tenant and the landlord. The tenant will then pay a deposit to be held in security, and returned at the end of the tenancy once we have inspected the property to ensure it has been left in an acceptable condition.
