Full Management

The Letting and Rent Collection Service offers a facility whereby Fairview Property will:

  1. Market your property.
  2. Accompany all viewings.
  3. Find a suitable tenant.
  4. Conduct all required tenant vetting.
  5. Prepare all lease documentation (including Inventory if required).
  6. Perform the tenant check-in.
  7. Collect the deposit and first month’s rent from the tenant.
  8. Make arrangements for the demand of all subsequent monthly rental payments from the tenant.
  9. Upon the receipt of rental payments, pay rental monies to the Landlord (less our agreed fees and any ad hoc charges).
  10. Account to the Landlord on a monthly basis, providing a full statement showing all income and expenditure for the previous month.
  11. Conduct quarterly property inspections and provide reports to the Landlord.
  12. Deal with all maintenance issues and emergencies that may arise.
  13. Provide a call-out service for tenants, and provide them with a 24/7 Emergency Helpline.
  14. Obtain relevant safety certificates as these become due, and deduct the cost from the Landlord’s monthly statement.
  15. Conduct the tenant check-out at the end of the tenancy.
