Initially Fairview Property will visit you at your property to provide a free consultation.

We will:-

1. Discuss the lettings process with you to ensure that you are aware of all key aspects of letting your property.
2. Provide full details of the range of services we provide, and the costs to you.
3. Discuss your options for renting the property either unfurnished, part-furnished or furnished, and provide advice and recommendations on preparing the property for letting.
4. Provide an indication of the potential rental value of your property.
5. Advise on any steps required to prepare the property for rental.
6. Discuss the legal aspects of letting your property, in particular your obligations as a landlord.
