Fees, Deposit and Rent

Our standard Arrangement and Referencing Fee is £60 Plus VAT.

The security deposit required to secure a property is equal to one month’s rent plus £150.00. This will be held by Fairview Property in a dedicated account, and returned to you at the end of the tenancy after we have inspected the property and ensured that all is in order.

Your deposit will be held against any damages and unfair wear and tear in the property. It will not be used to cover any rent.
