At Fairview Property, our key priority is to ensure the safety of our tenants at all times. We work very closely with all our Landlords, providing guidance and advice to ensure that all properties and their contents meet current Health & Safety legislation.

All properties with gas appliances should be checked by a Corgi registered specialist once a year, and a copy of the relevant safety certificate made available to the tenant. All furniture must meet current standards for fire safety, and all electrical items should be safe to use. We constantly monitor any safety certificates as these become due, and liaise with the Landlord to ensure that they are obtained in good time.
