Securing a Property

Once you have viewed a property and decide that you would like to reserve it, Fairview Property will take some details from you to enable us to set up a tenancy agreement.

In order to proceed we will require:

1. 2 references (e.g. an employer and a previous landlord).
2. A copy of a payslip or bank statement showing income.
3. A copy of your National Insurance number.
4. The deposit.

The deposit required is equal to one month’s rent plus £150.00.

When we have all the required information from you, we will proceed to arrange a suitable entry date.
