Utility Accounts and Council Tax

We will make arrangements to have all utility and council tax bills to be transferred into your name, so that bills can be sent directly to you throughout the duration of your tenancy.

For details on council tax charges for the main councils in central Scotland, please see our Council Tax Bands page. If you are a full-time student, you may be eligible for exemption, and if you are a single person living alone this may also attract a discount.
